LOCAL RESIDENTS CREATE
INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY FOR WOMEN

(Scottsdale, AZ: March 20, 2006) When Jenelle Bass Bonifield of Scottsdale, 51, Libby Floyd Davis, 53, of Fountain Hills and Jan Brisch-Kanaba, 56, of Desert Hills put their heads together last month, a unique web-based advertising billboard was the result.

“We call it WomensPixels.com,” says Bonifield. (For the technically challenged, a pixel is a basic component of your computer screen.) “Site visitors will have access to a hover text cursor, which when placed over the advertiser’s logo reveals a description of their business. And with a mouse click, the advertiser’s Web site pops up.”

Actively seeking businesses which are at least 50% owned by women, the creators see the billboard as an important international advertising tool. “Potential advertisers range from a CEO of a Fortune 500 company to an entrepreneur working out of her house,” points out Davis.

“We envision this advertising billboard as a great resource for women in business who want to work with other women,” says Brisch-Kanaba. “Plus we intend to donate a portion of the advertising fees to women-based charities here in Arizona and, later on, throughout the world.” This web-based billboard seems destined for success since the altruism of these women is matched by their business acumen.

Bonifield heads up the Green Rabbit Design Studio, Inc., serving clients throughout the nation.

Davis has her own international virtual business support service and database management company, My Personal Secretary, Inc.

Brisch-Kanaba’s company, Media People International, specializes in Internet marketing and web development.

Advertising rates for the billboard start at $50 a year. To see how this business tool can work for you, go to www.womenspixels.com and click on the Purchase Pixels button.

“Some friends have pointed out that pixels resemble tiny building blocks akin to atoms,” says Brisch-Kanaba. “We figure if men changed the world with atoms, women can do it with pixels.”
