Products are made locally (Mark Concrete, Moss Landing, CA) using local available products including waste glass (San Leandro, CA) and granite dust (Aromas, CA). Overall recycled content is over 95% and more than 65% is sourced locally! IguanaCrete™ provides very high strength and durability. Compressive strength: 5,000-8,000 psi (7 days; ASTM C39) Flexural strength (MOR) > 1,000 psi (7 days; AASHTO T97) The binder is derived from recycled coal combustion products (CCPs), more commonly known as "fly ash," that would otherwise be placed in a landfill. CCP are safe for food surfaces because the chemical curing reaction results in an extremely stable, inert concrete matrix that will last for years to come.
